For a successful rapport quotidien, be sure to:

  • answer all the questions;
  • use full sentences;
  • access la météo to access relevant weather information;
  • use WordReference to look-up any words you may need;
  • know how to say all the numbers and times you will be presenting;
  • prepare legible notes that you may refer to;
  • practice, practice, practice;
  • recite it to Mr. Kotter for feedback before presenting to the class;
  • write the mot du jour on the left of the whiteboard before beginning
  • speak loudly enough for the whole class to hear you;
  • Make eye-contact with your audience;
  • refer to your notes but do not read directly off of your notes;
  • Hand in your notes to Mr. Kotter
